First I just want to say that I looove the shading/lighting I did.
Second, that's a campfire in case you thought she was trying to protect this tree form burning flames.
So you may recognize Alanda from my previous picture. That picture was lacking greatly. First of all I missed some details on Alanda: Her hair, gloves, skin and robe to name some. She was also a bit out of proportion. And the picture simply didn't show her personality.

Alanda, Princess of Thieves.

Alanda is a fantastic thief, but her talents are not recognized by many of the male population of thieves. She is female, and they look down on her like she is scum.
But Alanda is a strong, capable woman and copes. Her father, the King, and her many brothers treat her well, but her skills are far underrated.
She wears the color purple, the symbol of royalty, with pride. Although there are times when she wishes she was the average, blue-wearing thief.
